1.1 - Rules and RegulationsThe UNSCDF has a set of rules and regulations to ensure the well-being of the clan, it's members and others outside the clan. Failure to adhere to these rules and regulations will have serious repercussions.
UNSCDF HighCom reserves the right to alter these rules, such as add new rules or update or remove existing rules, and also reserves the right to extend outside the parameters of these rules if necessary to ensure proper justice is met.
The following rules are sectioned for further organization, with Code of Conduct being the most general and most important rules to follow. That does not mean the rest of the rules are irrelevant, because failure to meet all of the rules stated here can and will result in repercussions of some variety.
1.1.1 - Code of Conduct1. No racial or ethnic insults or slurs of any kind
2. All orders and instructions given to higher ranking personnel must be followed, assuming they are legal orders
3. Anything that can be deemed violent, explicit pornographic is not allowed to be shared over any UNSCDF communication platform
4. You may not misuse UNSCDF communication platforms, such as spamming
5. You may not give orders or instructions to those above you
6. You may not abuse any power you may have within the clan
7. You may not assume power over any foreign party regardless of your rank or theirs
8. When representing the clan, you must act in a respectful manner, including to those with bad standings with the UNSCDF
9. UNSCDF uniform must be worn at all times, unless stated otherwise by an officer
10. You must respect privacy of those both in the UNSCDF and outside of the UNSCDF, and if you happen to acquire sensitive and/or confidential information, you must not share, spread or leak said information to anyone except an officer, who will deal with the matter appropriately unless no action is required
11. Incidents where the field manual is not adhered by an individual must be reported to officials. If an individual decides to by-stand an incident, it will be regarded as condoning the incident and will be punished also
12. Members of the UNSCDF must not identify as members of any other entity
13. If you are to be inactive for a prolonged period of time, you must declare a Leave of Absense on the website, or after 14 days you will eventually be removed from the UNSCDF
1.1.2 - Foreign parties1. If a foreign entity possesses a field manual of their own, it does not apply to any UNSCDF members whatsoever
2. Respect must be given to foreign parties, regardless of how said foreign party behaves towards you
3. Incidents regarding foreign parties must not be pursued or instigated, and in the event that they occur, they must be reported to UNSCDF HighCom immediately
4. All civilians (individuals that do not belong to a clan) should be treated as future members of the UNSCDF, as it is possible they could be
5. If the UNSCDF has bad standings with another clan, that does not mean we condone hateful behaviour of any kind towards that clan, and doing so is an offence to the UNSCDF
1.1.3 - Behaviour1. Inappropriate behavior such as teabagging, excessive jumpimg or misuse of spartan abilities is not allowed
2. Trolling or being purposefully irritating is not allowed
3. Anything that could be classed as disrespecting dead corpses such as shooting or punching them is not allowed
4. When addressing or being addressed by UNSCDF personnel, you must refer to them by their rank. Do not refer to them as "sir" or "ma'am"
5. Cursing/swearing is allowed, but excessive use of swears is not allowed
6. All personnel are expected to follow orders and respect the decisions of their higher ups. If that decision was the wrong decision, the higher up is completely responsible
7. Impersonation of any rank or position is not allowed
8. Trash talking in any environment is not allowed
9. All personnel are expected to accept and respect the outcome of any game whether it was in their favour or not. This also applies to engagements
10. Team killing in any form of game is not allowed
11. You are expected to prioritize orders given by the highest ranking order in the case that orders conflict with each other
1.1.4 - Doctrine1. Only UNSCDF officers possess the power to issue any form of engagement
2. Engagements the UNSCDF issues must be reported as a Call To Arms under UNSCDF BattleNet before they occur, except engagements that
3. Engagements the UNSCDF issues must be reported as an After Action Report under UNSCDF BattleNet after they occur
4. Open lobby raids do not require a Call To Arms or After Action Report post
5. Personnel must not join an engagement without the permission of a UNSCDF officer, and a UNSCDF officer must be present in an engagement in order to join
1.1.5 - Repercussions1. UNSCDF officers reserve the right to punish members with stints of crouch laps and shutters, and the severity of the punishment is under their discretion
2. UNSCDF officers reserve the right to issue a court-martial case if it comes to their attention that any UNSCDF personnel has not adhered to the rules and regulations
3. UNSCDF may punish anyone who does not adhere to the rules and regulations even if a court-martial is not issued
5. Official punishments include but are not limited to:
- Stint(s) of crouch laps or shutters
- Issuing of the brig
- Demotion
- Stripping of rank
- Mandatory Branch transfer
- Dishonorable discharge
